Payments
You can pay either on-line, or by sending a cheque or postal order, made payable to; 'Stallions Country & Riding Equipment' and posting to the following address:

Please write your address and bankers card number with exp. date on the back of the cheque.
Delivery Terms
Orders placed by 3pm will be processed that day, orders placed after this time will be processed as of the following day. Where goods are in stock when ordered despatch is normally the same day however, due to cheques needing ‘clearing’ and stock availability this may be up to 7 working days. If in the event an item is going to be longer we will contact you to advise, and to see if you still wish to proceed with the order.

£150 and over FREE
Everything will be done, to have you order with you within 1-2 working days, however please allow 7 working days due to stock availability and/or busy times of year. If an item is out of stock indefinatly or for an unknown or long period of time, you will be notified.
Returns
Refunds will be made for any item returned in its original packing (at customers own expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receipt. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) Where you require an exchange, this will be sent postage free (Main Land UK only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and please ensure all goods are insured against loss or damage. Any items returned as faulty, your postage to return the item, will be refunded in full.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage, as, should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
Please note that goods which are returned under complaint cannot be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and Safety Act 1972.
